"Booking was a bit of a pain"
Tried booking a spot on bounce.com the whole thing was kind of a pain. The pages loaded all weird, and I had to double-check the times twice because the site was being dumb. It did work in the end, so I’ll give it that, but it definitely wasn’t the easiest process.

"Not sure why support never replied??"
I reached out to customer support and just never heard anything back. I waited and followed up, but it felt like I was being ignored?? Frustrating when you just need a simple response.

"Easy to Use, with a Few Little Hiccups"
Using the app was easy, and I remember feeling relieved because I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time figuring things out. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way, but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, it felt simple and comfortable to use

I used bounce.com once and it was alright overall, but I can’t say I felt super confident about it the whole time.

Booking was easy enough, which was nice, but the actual place where I left my bag felt kinda random and not very checked out. The staff didn’t really ask many questions either, so that made me a bit nervous tbh.

Nothing bad happened in the end, so I guess it worked, but trust-wise it didn’t feel that solid. I’d maybe use it again if I really had no better option, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

"Pickup took forever"
I tried Bounce because I figured it would be a quick and easy pickup, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I was just standing around waiting, and it would’ve helped a lot if someone had given me a clearer update
The service did work in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but the slow pickup was frustrating. If you’re on a tight schedule, I’d definitely think twice

"Felt good about leaving my bags here"
They tagged my bags and kept them behind the counter, so I felt comfortable leaving them there. Picking them up was quick too. Good experience overall.

"I thought dropping off my bag would..."
I thought dropping off my bag would take a few minutes of waiting around or filling something out, but it was super quick. I was in and out in about a minute. They checked my booking right away, took the bag, and that was it. I was already in a rush, so it was a nice surprise that it went smoother than I expected. I’d definitely use Bounce again.

I checked Bounce.com before heading over to a luggage storage spot, just to make sure the hours were right. For the most part, they were, which definitely saved me some stress. One location had a slightly different closing time than what was listed, but overall it felt reliable

"Pretty good spot, though not quite ideal"
Found it without too much trouble, which was nice. The area was convenient enough too. I just thought it’d be a little closer to the station, so the extra walk caught me off guard a bit. Not a big deal, really. Just one of those things. Overall, it was fine, good, but not amazing.

"Partner store was closed when I got there"
I’m not sure if it was just bad timing or what, but the partner store was closed when I arrived. I had already made the trip, so it kind of felt like a waste of time. Frustrating, honestly.

"Friendly team, but I was a bit worn out waiting"
The staff were nice and easy to talk to, which I appreciated. That said, the service felt slow, and after a while I just felt tired of waiting around. Overall it was okay, but not especially smooth.
